Happy Father's Day!!!
Our oldest son had two baseball games this morning. My husband happily took him to the games that are about 30 minutes from our house.

When he gets home from the games he has arranged to meet some friends and there children up at a local park for, what else, an informal baseball game.

After the game one of the other wives and I are going to BBQ while the guys lay by the pool and get waited on.

I think this may be my hubby's Father's Day dream come true.

All baseball. All the time.

Who could ask for anything more?

Sounds like you all had a nice Father's Day. My husband and our son went off together and flew their model airplane in the park. They were both happy as a clam! :)

...and I bet that if all of our husbands could see this story, they would all say that your husband has one awesome wife!

Even though I'm not a big gamer, I always encourage my hubby to have a game night with his buddies (they love Risk and other types of board games) over at our house. When they are all here I like to cook for them and get them drinks. My husband is a hard worker and takes awesome care of me. The least I could do in return is this. Some wives don't think about stuff like that... but guys love it! My friends look at me like I'm crazy.

I have to say though, that he only has game night like twice a month or sometimes even only once a month. So don't worry ladies, I'm not promoting slavery for every day and letting guys run through the house. ha ha!
