I Am Officially Pregnant!!!!
This afternoon I got on the computer and found a wonderful email from our social worker Erin saying that our Dossier had come back form Washington D.C. and that we were now officially a waiting family.

I had to read through it twice to make sure I had read it correctly. You see, we have been the family that nothing has ever gone through correctly for on the first try. Could this possibly be correct? They didn't need some other identifiable bit of paperwork from us? I almost felt let down.

I'm so excited to be officially expecting again! I'm off to have a big bowl of ice cream with lots of chocolate syrup and whip cream to celebrate!!!

Now Julie, you are NOT allowed to gain 50 or 60 pounds with this one. Sorry. :)

(But enjoy that ice cream!)

Julie -- here goes...February 13th. I know, it seems too short, only 4 mos. But I have a "feeling" things are going to start moving more quickly this winter. With your extremely open request ... this is going to happen fast. Start getting ready!!! hugs!

Congrats! I'm always intrigued by the different processes and terminologies of different countries' programs. But paper pregnant is paper pregnant. Put a cherry on the top of that sundae and enjoy it all!
