Trying to Remember.....
these things even though the election did not go my way.

1. The Bible will still have all the answers.

2. Prayer will still work.

3. The Holy Spirit will still move.

4. God will still inhabit the praises of His people.

5. There will still be God-anointed preaching.

6. There will still be singing of praise to God.

7. God will still pour out blessings upon His people.

8. There will still be room at the Cross.

9. Jesus will still love you.

10. Jesus will still save the lost when they come to Him.

...and God approves this message!

Haha! Very good! I couldn't think of a way to post my feelings on the election this morning without just sounding prude or whiny because my guy didn't win.

Amen! That's what I'm sayin'!

And as an adoptive mom (pre-adoptive for you!), don't you think it's awesome that a minority has been elected, regardless of his politics? It makes me proud of the possibilities that our nation offers, even these 200+ years later!

Hi Ladies,

Yes, I am happy for my adopted children that we have an African American President. I would probably like Obama at a BBQ, he seems like a friendly guy. It is just his politics (mainly the abortion issue) that I am having a hard time swallowing.

hmm, very sad myself about the outcome. But time to begin praying for our President. Hard when your heart fervantly prayed out for his opponent to win.

God is Sovereign and he will use who he will...good or bad to glorify himself.
